The following information are accessible on the JKS Portal: 

Announcements: JKS community is updated with all ongoing school activities.

Academics: Includes school policies, parent/student handbooks, school supply lists, and Homework slips.

Assessments: Includes Exams schedule and notifications and revision packs

Calendars: Includes school calendars with events and exams dates.

My JKS Email: The username is also the student email address which can be accessed directly into the inbox via this tab. This email will be used for all school communication and must be checked on a regular basis.

PlusPortals: A system where parents can view student Attendance, Report Cards, Discipline and update personal information.

 IXL: A web-based software that allows Grades 1-8 students to practice their mathematical proficiency and for Grades 2-8 students to practice their language arts proficiency and advance in levels; for which the school has a yearly subscription. Homework slips guide students with regards to level requirements.

Managebac: Developed by former IB students and used by IB schools worldwide, the system will allow parents to view the progress of the Grades 6 to 12 student’s Community Service or Community Action Service.   Additionally, Grades 11-12 students will have a regular update with regards to their subject requirements and progress in the diploma years.

Turnitin: Used by students and teachers to avoid plagiarism and ensure academic integrity. Teachers will create class groups for students to check their work for any plagiarism before final submission.
